Our hotel is located in the small, quiet village of Auriac-du-Périgord. We are in the Périgord Vert, in a peaceful, green setting. The famous Lascaux Cave is only a 5-minute drive away. All the wonders of the Dordogne and Périgord are easily accessible by car.
Wake up gently with breakfast at our hotel with a swimming pool in the Périgord. From 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., we offer a generous buffet with savory and sweet items. We try to showcase our beautiful region on your plate, featuring dishes that are as local, organic, and/or homemade as possible. This hotel in the heart of nature offers 17 rooms with a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Check-in is from 3 p.m. (please specify your arrival time) and check-out is between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. One of our rooms is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
When the weather is fine, from May to October, enjoy the swimming pool. Open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., it is a real invitation to relax. Sun loungers and parasols have been set up around the pool for your enjoyment. Towels are also available so that you can travel light.
Finally, our spa invites you to relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. Enter a bubble of serenity thanks to the wellness area, which includes a jacuzzi and sauna.

A fantastic resort, without noise, a delicious restaurant, and admirable owners. The lush green surroundings only add to the quality of the sleeping and food. I can only praise the quality of our stay and would advise anyone to book a room in this establishment.

We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice with confortable beds, air conditioning and the windows don't let any sound through. The pool was relaxing after a day of driving and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was inventive and tasty. We had the half-board, but could choose from the menu. The hotel is 5minutes from the Lascaux cave by car. We will stay there again next time we are in Perigord.

Great moment at Le Moulin de Mitou, close to Lascaux’ cave. Kindness of Fatima and Christophe, the owners. Good food at the restaurant. We plan to come back at the same place during a next stay in this wonderful region.

Le Moulin du bonheur
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, si nous n'étions pas attendu ailleurs on serait resté plus longtemps. Les hôtes sont adorables. C'est un hôtel à taille humaine, très appréciable. La chambre était spacieuse avec terrasse. La piscine super, transat pour tout le monde, service excellent. Un petit coin de paradis !!! Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons ! Céline et Maxime

Excellent accueil, convivialité et sourires sont au rdv. Les menus sont copieux et merveilleusement bons, le cadre lui est magnifique. On recommande les yeux fermés 😊 les voisins de Pater Noster😉
